  • Train and develop 2 internal recruiters, 2 sourcers, and a candidate experience coordinator, elevating them into recruitment advisors equipped to operate within the new executive search model.
  • Transform the function from transactional recruiting into a strategic advisory partner, leveraging data-driven insights, market analysis, and talent maps to guide C-suite succession planning and executive workforce strategy.

The Results
In less than 18 months, Executive Search became a high-impact global function:
